Calcuino

Calcuino is an Arduino clone with a 6-digit 7-segment display and 16 push buttons. Perfect for a calculator project or any other project where you need to dial some number or show simple values.

This is my first board that can be programed using USB cable and Arduino IDE. Most my projects are based on Atmega328 mcu, but I always needed an external programmer or other Arduino to program it. Now I can program it easily using Arduino IDE and USB cable.

On the board there are additional pins. Additional pins can be used for external modules, sensors, and relays. I created many projects using this board. I played music, I created a stopwatch, clock, counter, password door and much more. Some of these projects can be seen in this video.

WARNING

• do not power this board with voltage higher than 5.5V
• do not use ISP pins as output

Files:

It has CH340 USB to serial which is used to transfer the sketch to the MCU. On the right side of board you can find ISP pins, I use them to burn bootloader. You will need CH340 driver, you can download it here
