What is it?

This is a Stomp-box style Foot-Keyboard to help a guitarist/musician start and stop the recording process without putting down their instrument or guitar pick. This device, is a HID keyboard device for Windows, and works like any normal keyboard. Just plug it into the USB port on your PC, and Windows will automatically find it and recognize it as keyboard.

By default this pedals is setup for the Reaper Software Key-Bindings:

Footswitch #1 = Record = Ctrl + r (starts the recording), Footswitch #2 = Play/Stop = "space bar" (this stops the recording), Footswitch #3 = Delete = "Delete Key" (to delete the active take, or the take that was just recorded)

As an option, I can program custom key bindings for your specific application. you can select this option at checkout. you will have to send me a message on exactly what key bindings you desire.

This product is built using a 5V Pro Micro Atmega32U4

Why did you make it?

Tired of setting down your guitar pick and losing it while recording a song in Reaper? I was, So I created this Stomp-box style Keyboard so I could control my recording software with my feet.
