Open source Arduino supported Attiny3217 breakout board with Programmer (sold separately). It is small, easy to use and low power consumption. It has I2C, SPI, UART, PWM, Timers, Touch PINS, ADC, DAC, 32K Flash, 2K SRAM, 256 bytes EEPROM with 8-bit CPU running up to 20MHz all in it's tiny body! It has the smallest possible bread-board footprint. If you need a cheaper version, check TinyCore 16. It can be programmed directly with the following methods:
Currently UART, I2C, SPI, basic timer functions like delay, delayMicroseconds, milis, micros are working, I'm working on adding EEPROM support.
Installation
Install the current upstream Arduino IDE at the 1.8.7 level or later. The current version is at the Arduino website.
Start Arduino and open Preferences window.
Enter https://raw.githubusercontent.com/xukangmin/TinyCore/master/avr/package/package_tinycore_index.json into Additional Board Manager URLs field. You can add multiple URLs, separating them with commas.
Open Boards Manager from Tools > Board menu and install TinyCore platform (and don't forget to select your TinyCore board from Tools > Board menu after installation).
Why did you make it?
To utilize the power of ATtiny 1-Series. I haven't found any breakout board with programmer and Arduino Support.
What makes it special?
It has I2C, SPI, UART in a QFN 3x3 package with 20MHz internal oscillator.
And the power consumption can go as low as 2.9μA, perfect for IoT / battery powered application.

Good fit for projects that only use I2C and the serial port.
Needed to shrink the size of a project due to size constraints at its mounting location. All of the project's sensors communicate using I2C and the serial port. The small size of the Tiny Core 32 allowed the project to fit without having to modify the mounting location.

Nice Product.
TinyCore32 works like a charm. Have ported the BSP from the Author's as well as from Dr.Azzy's. Currently, using with Serial & 4.7K config programmer. Will further work on ProMicro hack for Atmel mEDBG. Great potential for such product.

Nice product
I have just connected it to an updi programmer (converted a spare Arduino UNO I had lating around), and it seems to work!
It is a nice and small board, and has good documentation and has integration into Arduino IDE, which makes programming easy.
