Important Installation Notes

Wired Connection: Ensure the network cable connects to the LAN port of your router; the WAN port is not supported. Same Network Requirement: During the pairing process, both your phone and the gateway must be on the same local area network. App Limitations: The SmartLife and HomeKit apps cannot be used simultaneously with this gateway.
