This is a PCB badge with the Bluey cartoon series. It can be attached to a lanyard using the keychain hole.
The controller is programmed to be a musical jukebox which plays different music tones. There are 8 different tunes that can be played, and it is a fun puzzle to solve! Power it through a USB-C cable and use the buttons to choose the music to be played.
