Shipping Policies

If you are placing an order from outside the UK you must agree to allow up to 6 weeks for delivery from the shipping date. While most items arrive quickly, customs delays are quite common.

If an item has not arrived after this time we can offer a refund or a replacement product provided that you let us know within 10 weeks from dispatch. If a replacement is preferred and the original shipping was untracked, we will ask you for the additional postage costs to upgrade shipping of the replacement by a tracked service.

It is your responsibility to handle any extra steps needed to receive your product (such as collecting an undelivered item from your local post office / booking a redelivery / paying customs duty) within appropriate time windows. If an undamaged item is returned to us due to a missed delivery/failure to pay customs etc. we can re-send it to you (at your expense) or we can process a refund of original order value, less shipping cost.

We will try to mark packages with any special instructions you provide with your order. However, we will not be responsible for problems resulting from our failure to do so, from the instructions not being followed correctly by the delivery courier, or for safety of packages left in ‘safe place’ etc.

super fun device!

For LE GRAND STRUM

This tiny tiny device can help you take your synth to the next level! its super intuitive, fun and experimental to play while taking up nearly no space due to its small size and running on a battery

I've only had it for 2 days yet but its a ton of fun and it offers an impressive amount of different options in how you can play it, with different strum and sustain options easily accessible.

I do feel there are a few things could have been slightly better which would have totally shot this device over the moon but regardless if you want to spice up your synthesizer i would highly recommend this thing!

features i would have liked to see:
-a direct panic/mute/stop button instead of having to hold menu
-the menu button should have been below the battery/closer to the keyboard so its easier to use while playing especially for live situations
-the cable of the stylus could have been 2-3cm longer right now its very hard to use as a left handed person
-the on/off button could have been bigger/slightly easier to use
-as a software engineer i would have lover a usb plug to make it easier to update the firmware and possibly send midi notes directly to the pc

A+ Product

For LE STRUM - MIDI Strummed Chord Controller DIY KIT

Worth every penny! I had the Le Strum DIY Kit in my tindie shopping cart for a year or so before deciding to make the purchase. I'm relatively new to DIY kit building, so the Le Strum seemed like a good project for my experience level. The kit was well documented and relatively easy to build. I had to take some care to line up all of the small push-buttons so that they were flush with the PCB before soldering them in place, but the build instructions adequately mention and warn for this. I had a little bit of trouble getting the battery holder into the proper position in order to be soldered but managed to get there in the end.

I found a CAD file for a LE Strum enclosure on google and used a 3D printer to print it - the finished product looks pretty slick. I've been using Le Strum along with my Volca Keys and Volca FM, or with Reason. It's the perfect companion for a portable or "dawless" setup, and I highly recommend picking one up.

Wonderful

For Banana Split - 6 Way Midi Splitter/Thru Box

Very nice quality, and aesthetically pleasing. I'm using this with my rompler stack and its perfect. Definitely beats having to daisy chain via thru ports on the devices themselves!

Great MIDI splitter

For Banana Split - 6 Way Midi Splitter/Thru Box

Compact, simple MIDI splitter that works great. Has nice LED feedback as well so you can keep an eye on your signals. Sixty Four Pixels is a great store and I'd highly recommend!

For CV.OCD - A super flexible MIDI to CV box

I've had this unit for over a year and have had no issues at all. Software is easy to use and is very flexible. I set it up the way I wanted and never had to change a thing.
