For Matrix Clock
The use of a 16x8 matrix for a clock is innovative. I particularly liked the animated transitions and it makes for an entertaining way to read the time.
I was puzzled by the compressed [hh|mm|ss] display at first. It was difficult to read, but I quickly got used to it.
I'm just using it as a bedside clock, at the moment, but I have to be careful not to lie awake staring at the clock. I'm looking at providing an enclosure for it since I can't 3D print my own.
Incidentally, I installed a coin cell (CR1220) but the clock resets to 12:00 when I reconnect to USB. I must go back and read all the documentation more thoroughly.
