Bought the 2018 Calendar. Very nice, and priced perfectly

I bought the 2018 Calendar and am very satisfied with it. I definitely recommend purchasing the 9/12 volt USB power cord when purchasing the Calendar. They go perfect together. I will definitely be buying more of these calendars. One just isn't enough for home, office and workshop!!!

Great product from a great seller

The programmer shield worked like a charm, making it incredibly easy to convert an Arduino Nano into a dedicated programmer. The seller was also awesome, responding quickly and being very helpful! Would definitely buy from again!

It is genuine Review, Very Terrible Experience, i order usb912 from Tindie USA to India by $27, after send many email to Tindie i got this product after 2 months lather. and when i test it with digital Multi-meter tester , when i set switching to 9 volt IT GIVE output voltage is 11.78 volt, and when i set switching to 12 volt. IT GIVE output voltage is 14.98 volt . Please guy don"t go for it . it is worst product , Much Much better and cheap product is provided by china In amazon web site.

Hi,
I shipped the package right away and it left the US few days later. From that point it's completely up to the India's customs and postal service and there is nothing I can do. I test every device before I ship it, so I'm sure it was all right when I shipped it. Was the package or the device damaged upon arrival? Can you post a photo of the test you performed?

Great little Calendar!

Purchased this calendar, added lighted back-panel and cover. Then powered on and off with a motion sensor. Panel hangs flat on my wall. Fun project!

Great Tool. We found big differences between our cables.

For USB Cable resistance tester

We were able to see that some cables had 2x the resistance of others.
This would lead to a big difference in battery charge time!

This pogo adapter is handy and ideal for development work or production programming in situations where a regular 2x3 pin header may not be fitted yet, or at all. As well as fitting an unpopulated pin header footprint on a board, this adapter also works well on plain test pads on the board.

Perfect little tool to get rid of some old power bricks !

...and put USB ports to more of the good use. 9V/12V for me is the most reasonable since most of the devices operate on this range. Totally recommended!

Does what is says on the box

For USB912

Drives my WiFi router, but not my small PC speakers.
Can't deliver much power, but that is not the products fault, it's a USB limitation.

Great and compact little board!

For ESP8266 FTDI and breadboard adapter with 3.3V reg.

When I first saw this product I knew I needed to try it out, and I am glad I did.
Once I added a separate switch for enabling "Programming Mode" these beauties really show their value.

Originally, I built my own little board to program and for use with a DHT temp/humidity monitor and I knew there had to be another way.
That's where these came into my collection, and with the accompanying FTDI boards they make a great pair.

I wish there was some more documentation, but the other reviewers seemed to fill in some of the gaps they I needed to know.

I will order these gain, should I need something like these again.

Nice little product

This was just what I needed. It is very useful for ICSP programming and the pogo pins provide a solid connection with my boards with just a bit of pressure. The shipping was slow (shipped 6 days after I ordered), but the product is great.

Great little board

For 5V, 3.3V, 2.7V ICSP SPI Level Shifter for AVR prog

This is one great little board if you have a programmer that cant do different levels. Made programming a custom 3.3V AVR board with a 5V programmer effortless. It even has little LEDs which indicate which voltage the board is running at to eliminate any confusion. Great product.

Great customer service, they helped me out when I messed up my order. Packaged and shipped promptly, no complaints. This handy adapter makes using an ESP8266 a breeze! Everything you need: breadboard friendly pin-out, regulated 3.3 V power, reset button for putting the ESP8266 in programming mode. Connect GND to GPIO 0, press reset, then send. Easy!

Very convenient adaptor

For ESP8266 FTDI and breadboard adapter with 3.3V reg.

I just aquired the "ESP8266 FTDI and breadboard adapter with 3.3V reg." together with an FTDI-adaptor. So now I am up and running with the ESP8266,
Thanks to that adaptor, I avoid soldering ( an own adaptor) and saved a lot fuzz with wires, components and bad conncetions on the breadboard, I can concentrate on the in less then a weel it arrived from USA to Madrid, Spain. I asked for some additional info ( ie. internal diagram) and recieved it promptly. so at least in my case I recieved excellent support.

I can't imagine being without these

For Set of 7 SMD soldering trays

I'm just making the move to SMD so ordered a set of these to arrive in time for my first PCBs. And I'm so glad I did. These really are such a clever and simple idea I can only imagine how frustrated I would have become with all these pieces of cut tape without them. I ordered the acrylic bases too, and I like how that keeps the trays themselves under control.

The whole lot is compact enough that when they're not in use they stack away neatly and won't clutter your space either.

In hindsight I think I'd have got more of the orange ones (not sure if the colour coding is uniform) which suit the 0805 passives so tended to be the most in demand here. I could see a 3rd acrylic base with 3 orange trays as a future addition in fact.

I thoroughly recommend grabbing a set. They turned out to be more useful than I could have imagined when I ordered them. Zero buyer regret. Review Image

Nice set of tools for working with the ESP8266

For ESP8266 FTDI and breadboard adapter with 3.3V reg.

I bought the set of all three boards - breadboard adapter, FTDI and ESP8266, so I had the breadboard adapter made with female pins for the FTDI port to match. Everything arrived quickly in separate anti-static bags inside a nice little box.

The combination works very well on my Mac; I plugged it onto a mini-B USB cable and was immediately able to connect to the ESP. The only issue I've found was that the FTDI adapter isn't happy on my Linux machines, likely a driver problem.

This kit makes for a handy way to play around with the ESP8266 or incorporate it into a breadboard; it's also a reasonably convenient setup for re-flashing, you just need to add a jumper to hold GPIO0 low (to ground) while hitting reset in order to put the chip in programming mode.

Not much can be said about a pogo pin adapter. It either works as advertised or it doesn't. This one works well, the pin placement is accurate and the pins are durable. I've programmed a few hundred boards with mine and it is still going strong. Well worth the money.

The PCB calendar is a great little weekend project

I bought the bare PCB calendar instead of the assembled, lighted version. I enjoyed building a frame and light for the calendar. The PCB was well made with perfectly crisp laser cut letters and numbers. It was sturdy enough to stand up to handling but be careful not to scratch the front facing surface. Once you get a light behind it, the calendar illuminates well and is easy to read. Overall, I enjoyed the build and would do it again. Would make a great handmade gift for someone.

Great little device to support testing and prototyping

For Pogo Pin Adapter Row of 2 to 30 pins

I have ordered Pogo-pins from Femtocow in the past and immediately requested more configurations. By offering pogo pins in 1x3 and 1x6 factors, I can test my breakout boards without having to solder on headers or play that little game where you place a 1x6 header into the breadboard and torque / push the breakout in hopes of making a solid connection on all pins. Very well built and reasonably priced.

One more thing, I had an issue with the post office's delivery to my apartment complex. Femtocow did a great job communicating with me and he completely addressed my issue. It is great to know that this Tindie seller not only makes a great product but also delivers great customer service. Highly recommended.

Works surprisingly well.

There has obviously been quite a bit of thought put into these holders as they work really well. I was a little skeptical at first as 3d printed product is sometimes a little rough around the edges. I thought the tapes might bind in the groves but this isn't the case. Great product.

One suggestion. Make a larger holder for 24mm wide tapes as an option. I use SOIC18 components (ULN2803A) that could use this handy holder.

Simple but Awesome Implementation for ICSP

This device solves a simple problem. I need to program my boards with raw ATMEGA chips using an ICSP socket on the board. But I only need to do this one as I can use the FTDI connector for subsequent programming. With this device, I don't have to solder a socket onto the board for a single use. Brilliant!

Great!

For Printrlight for Printrbot Simple Makers Kit 1405

This gadget solves 2 major issues with the Printrbot Simple: bed area lighting and extruder cooling.

The all-metal extruder is very prone to overheating on long (<3 hour) prints. This happens because the extruder motor overheats and conducts heat into the extruder assembly, which inevitably ends with the hobbed bolt overheating, melting the filament too early, and ending up with filament wrapped around the hobbed bolt and a failed print. The Printrboard lets you mount a 60mm fan (I used a 50mm fan and it still mounted just fine) that blows directly into the extruder, which keeps it perfectly cool for any print duration.

The LEDs that light the bed area are nice - especially if you're printing with dark filament in a dark room. I find the LEDs a bit bright and don't necessarily light the build "attractively", but they more than serve their intended purpose (it's a wood 3d printer kit, not an Apple product after all).

I wish Printrbot would just purchase a gross of these and bundle them with future kits. It's that essential.
