Hi! I'm KD8SSF, an amateur radio (mostly APRS) and DIY electronics enthusiast. My interest in amateur radio began when I started planning my High Altitude balloon project. Seeing that it wasn't legal to track a payload with a cell phone, I turned to the HAM community for the knowledge and experience to take on such a feat.
