Solid case, Room for high speed lure, no room for SD card
For "TackleBox" for MinnowBoard and Lure Attachment
This case is solid! It has a sturdy feel to it and I'm confident the MinnowBoard won't suffer any physical damage with the protection that this case provides. The case was made with a high speed lure in mind (the peripheral boards that attach to the bus on the underside of the Minnoboard Max/Turbot). However, the case does not have the clearance on the top for a low speed lure. There also is not enough clearance to use the SD card slot. For me this was a non-issue since I am booting the board from an mSATA card that is attached to the Silver Jaw lure on my board. If your intended usage of the board requires the MicroSD slot then this case would not fit that need. For any others it's a great case!
This case is manufactured to order. This means that when you order it, it could take a while to come out. In my case my order resulted in Providius Design ordering the materials necessary to manufacture the case. I'd suggest anyone ordering this order at least 2 weeks before the case is absolutely necessary to give enough time for Providius Design to get their hands on the material. Communication with this vendor was sparser than I would have desired. An acknowledgement that the order had been received and a message that they were waiting on the materials to come in would have changed me feelings on the communication rating. After a couple of inquiries I did get a reply about the status of my order though. So I'm rating the communication as "Okay."
