Didn't respond reliably, not sophisticated enough
For PUCK
There was no documentation with the product. Barnabas at SmashToast has been very helpful and responsive, but unfortunately the Puck wouldn't even Blink reliably in response to the iOS app and the latest app update didn't resolve it. Also, it appears we'd need 3 Pucks to control our TV setup (TV, OTA-DVR, Blu-Ray player). It's too complicated for my dad to grasp. I got a Logitech Harmony on sale, which works out cheaper than 3 Pucks, responds reliably, and was simple to configure so it's easy for my dad to watch live TV or DVDs. Barnabas has offered to refund my purchase price upon return of the Puck (I pay return shipping).
In short, great support from Barnabas, but the Puck didn't work for me.

Thank you for the review, Michael. Sorry for the issues in setup - I've updated the iOS app that caused the blink feature to have a delayed flash. While we've made some changes to the iOS app to ease the setup process, I'm also working on some additional documentation to make the setup simpler. I appreciate your review and for taking the time to let me know where I can improve Puck!
