Returns

Our return policy lasts for 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

Before sending your return, please send an email to support@storyspark.com for instructions.

Exchanges

Our exchange policy lasts for 30 days from purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is defective, we will happily exchange it for the same item free of charge. Please be sure to send us an email beforehand at support@storyspark.com for instructions.

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or style (with the same purchase price as the original), we simply ask you to pay for shipping the item(s) back to us. Please be send us an email beforehand at support@storyspark.com for instructions.

Shipping

To return your product, send an email to support@storyspark.com for mailing instructions before sending.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs of returning your item. Unfortunately shipping costs are non-refundable. When your eligible return has been received, the cost of the initial shipping will be not be included in your refund.

For exchanges, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item since shipping is beyond our control.
