For AtMega328 with Arduino Pro Bootloader
If you need to make a variation of Arduino Pro Mini and don't want to use a bootloader, this is the way to go. I soldered it onto my PCB, plugged in my FTDI Basic from Sparkfun, and it worked 1st try without me having to change anything. I did some ADC speed tests with serial communication and it's like as if I'm using a standard Arduino Pro Mini.
