smart and loveable little chip

For PicoPlanet

Thought out and lovely little product. Fast shipping and although there is no documentation in the package, you will find most stuff in the git repository - a link + qr code is included.
I had no real problems with PicoPlanet itself, only with how to setup my dev environment. This was my first try with python and working with microcontrollers, so I can't blame PicoPlanet for that.

Of course you will need a bit of programming experience, so for absolute beginners I would recommend a more powerful product to play with. But given the restrictions by design, you're getting a toughtful piece of art to play with.

I love mine

For PicoPlanet

I've had mine for a while and hadn't used it much but I finally got around to messing with it and I must say CircuitPython is very easy to use. I currently have mine setup as a copy paste and save shortcut keyboard.

Super Handy, Super Stylish

For PicoPlanet

Quality board with easy to read documentation and a beautiful design (I got design #8.4). Extremely handy already as an external mic mute button for Zoom when I teach (bottom button toggles the red LED and sends an F24 press to trigger the software mute). Only suggestion I really have is the addition of a Keyboard based example instead of a ConsumerControl based one.

Super cool board, great graphics!

I haven't actually fired up this board yet, but I'm already familair with the SAMD21 chip, and couldn't resist the cool spacey artwork on this one. I'll definitley use it for something cool!

Amazing, looks beautiful, works great.

Almost too beautiful to use. As much a work of art as a development board. I did use it though and it works great with both circuit python and Arduino IDE.
Is far too powerful to just use for some simple blinking sketch so I’m searching for a project that will use it’s full capabilities.

Cute and nicely working board

This awesome board looks great and works great as a touch controller. With circuitpython it is easy to make it do what I need.

I also liked the quick shipping and the numbered note with the generated drawing. <3

Beautiful PCBs

For PicoPlanet

The PicoPlanet is awesome as a tiny keyboard for a computer or as an input device for another micro controller. I used it to build a remote control for a drone and it simply makes the whole thing look awesome :)

Unique, functional pieces of art

For PicoPlanet

I'm a big fan of bleeptrack's generative design work, and this is no exception. The PCB is really thoughtfully designed, from the rounded corners and mounting holes to the excellent design and great colours. The USB-C connector and extra GPIO broken out on the back are nice touches as well.

Even if you don't use it, the PicoPlanet is a great display toy and conversation piece.
