If you're concerned about the heat generated by your R-Pi, this is an inexpensive solution that is very high quality. The height of the heat sinks is low enough that it barely goes above the USB inputs. My initial concern would be that they wouldn't work with a case because of the height but it wasn't a problem at all. If you are looking at cooling solutions, I'd try these before buying a fan.
