It's a Theremin!

For OpenTheremin 4.5 Kit - Open Source Theremin

Assembly was pretty easy I 3d printed an enclosure for mine. It sounds great and is fun to use! Don't forget to let it "warm" up before calibrating it also keep it away from other electronics or it will pick up some extra noise.

Pleased with assembly and function of Theremin

Assembly accomplished without any problems. Contacted the Lab just to make sure I had the correct alignment of the pins with the shield and Arduino Uno board.
The lab contacted me by email the same day. The Theremin works well. Shipping to the east coast of USA took about 3 weeks.

Alles OK, alles Bestens, vollkommen zufrieden. Das OpenTheremin V3 Shield funktioniert einwandfrei, ist gut verpackt angekommen und das Antennen-Kit ist ausreichend.
Es ist vom Klang, dem Tonumfang und den Einstellmöglichkeiten her in etwa mit dem "Theremin Thor bis zu 9 Oktaven Pitch + Volume Synthesizer Big Bang Theory" vergleichbar, hat aber mehr Einstell-Möglichkeiten als das "Thor", die in etwa dem "Moog Etherwave Theremin" oder besser noch dem "Moog Theremin-Etherwave-Pro " entspechen, doch es ist sogar noch billiger als die anderen Theremin und im Internet besser als alle anderen Theremin dokumentiert.

The Theremin Shield arrived quickly and works very well!

I'm very happy with the V3 Theremin Shield: it arrived faster than I had hoped, even though it was shipped across the Atlantic, and it functions exactly as I hoped. Follow the instructions carefully and take your time soldering and you're all set. I'm building mine into a custom case as a Christmas gift.

Totally works as expected

For OpenTheremin 4.5 Kit - Open Source Theremin

Shipped fast, clear documentation is provided and there is a good software support.

I used recycled tubes from an old telescopic IKEA lamp for the antennae, but I'll probably go with the suggested aluminium tubes.

As for putting it in a box, there is a lasercut model that can also be 3d printed on thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1924503

Funciona a la perfección, estuve mirando otras opciones para construir uno y esta es sin duda la más sencilla y barata.
Comunicación excelente, solicité uno blanco y uno negro y sin problemas.
El envío un poco lento, pero es internacional.
Además incluye manual de montaje y puesta en marcha, aunque también está disponible en la web.
