For 7400 Series Clock Kit
I am using the clock now - everything works as advertised. I bought the assembled unit and the build quality is very high. I am experimenting with using the 1 PPS output of a GPS module I purchased separately to provide the count input for the clock - so far so good, but the short pulse width of the GPS module (it is about a 10% duty cycle pulse every second instead of the 50% duty cycle output of the 1 PPS board that comes with the clock) has an effect on the way the time setting circuit works, but of course that is because I am using a non-standard module. So I plugged in the provided 1 PPS board, set the time, and then switched back to the GPS board. I'm going to power the clock from a UPS source so I will rarely need to reset the time.
