I am an engineer in unmanned marine systems and robotics. My passion for physics and tinkering combined with some work related interest in powering things without conductive connections (underwater power connections can be a challenge, or at least expensive). In doing this, I have discovered that the principles of resonant magnetic coupling are actually quite simple in principle, and can be achieved inexpensively (albeit not necessarily with the greatest efficiency) through utilization of some common circuitry, and a little bit of creative thinking.
Thus I have developed kits to help people get started utilizing this technology for hobby level projects, and even adapt the principles to best suit their needs.
I hope to continue to expand on this and other interesting technologies and physical principles in more targeted kits and expansions in the future (much like the Arduino shield wireless power kit I currently have prototyped).
