Happy Someone Else Did It

For Vent Cover for Tesla Model 3/Y

I was about to start working on something similar, but was happy to find someone already made it.

I may add some foam or rubber tape to reduce rattling and sliding when cornering.

For Vent Cover for Tesla Model 3/Y

Our daughter likes it polar cold/high wind and dad has to wear a jacket. Always a fight. This little device has brought peace to our Tesla 3 family.

It does slide side to side if dad takes a turn too fast but that’s just going to improve his driving.

This product does what is says, it's perfect. This really addresses a flaw in the way the Model 3 vent system works.

Mostly effective but could be better

For Vent Cover for Tesla Model 3/Y

This is the only solution I’ve seen that addresses Tesla’s lack of an off option for the passenger air vents. It slides relatively easily. The only down side is that air still comes out from the bottom of the cover. So it could fit tighter to be fully effective. It’s still a step in the right direction to address this one deficiency in the Model 3.
