Hola buenas tardes quisiera saber si pueden ayudarme a infórmame sobre mi paquete ya que llevo 20 dias aproximadamente esperando pero nadie me puede dar inforfes de poder ayudarme se los agradecería

Hi Ismael,

Thank you for your message. We are sorry to hear that you haven't received your order. Our records show that we posted your package on the 13th of May. The item was posted with Royal Mail (without tracking) and was due to arrive at your address by the 20th of May. Proof of postage can be requested via email.

We can either offer you a full refund or we can ship another DMX node to you, free of charge. Please can you let us know which you would prefer via email.
