My first order was great, 2nd never arrived and no contact

I placed an order in 2022 and the product works great. I placed an order for more in September of 2023, and they never arrived. I waited the requested amount of time and contacted Marius. He asked for the order number, which I supplied and haven't heard from him since. I've tried a 2nd message directly to him and still no contact or products.
