Companies make stuff. Sometimes, they make too much, or a project gets cancelled, or components are left over. Often this excess stuff gets discarded and recycled, or it ends up in the trash. That's not good, especially when others could use the stuff in its entirety or at least for components in other projects or hobbies. This is what this store aims to do: I work with several companies as a consultant and through my company, and the interesting stuff for you that I come across and buy/get from them I'll put up on this store and sell for a small profit. This profit will then be used to support a cause of mine: protecting forested areas. In the end, everyone benefits: you get cheap stuff for your projects, less electronics will end up in the trash, and I get extra resources to support my good cause.
