Pour CNC 3040 DQ-Z

La carte fonctionne parfaitement !!
Juste $3=1 pour inverser l'axe X et les $100,102,102 = 400 sur la configuration grbl v1.1 et le tour est joué !

Vraiment la solution pour faire fonctionner la machine en USB (avec CANDLE pour moi) sans tout démonter et racheter des pilotes de moteur pas a pas.

Z limit switch not working

For ST25 - Arduino GRBL Screw Terminal Breakout Board

I'm running grbl 1.1 which uses pin 12 for the z limit switch. I've tested pin 12 on the arduino and it's fine - getting 5v. However, the "LZ" pin on the ST25 bob is showing zero volts. LX and LY are both ok - they show 5v.

Update 2/19/25 Ron got back to me - sent me a link to the instructions, which I had not seen before because I could not find them on the Tindie website, nor did they come with the product. This board was designed for an earlier version of grbl - not grbl 1.1 - so, pins 11 and 12 are swaped (the spindle enable and z limit pins). If you are using grbl 1.1, then you have to use the SE pin on the ST25 board for the LZ (z limit switch) pin and use the ST25 LZ pin for the SE (spindle enable). The instructions can be found at https://kclinear.com/st25 (not http://kclinear.com/st25). The note at the bottom of page 3 of the instructions is a little confusing, because it talks about the z pulse pin (rather than the z limit pin) being swapped with the spindle enable pin.

It's a decent arduino shield

For Arduino GRBL to DB25 CNC Shield Kit

It definitely works as advertised, and at a decent price, too. One thing that's definitely worth noting is that if you're intending to use limit switches, get hold of some small ceramic capacitors and resistors, or buy the pre-made ones used on 3D printers - you're going to need the filtration on the limit switch signals. Trust me on this. I wish it had been mentioned in the documentation, but since this isn't a GRBL-specific product, I'm thinking that's probably an unfair request on my part.

With regards to the 3 stars on shipping - this is not the fault of the sender, this is entirely down to the whole US to UK shipping ordeal that's been compounded by COVID and probably Brexit as well.

For Arduino GRBL to DB25 CNC Shield Kit

Many years ago I used to wire the DB 25 by hand for CNC machines. Back in 2018 I bought one of these for my 3040 mill and it worked great. I 3D printed a case for it I downloaded from thingiverse and haven't thought about it since. so simple and It just works. I just got another cnc control board with a DB25 input so I bought a second card. Had to double check this page to make sure I put the connector on the right side before I soldered it together.
