For SMLIGHT SLZB-06 Zigbee Ethernet PoE USB WiFi Adapt

This product has been working near flawlessly in my HomeAssistant setup with the standard ZHA integration for a year now.

After hearing many horror stories about Zigbee setups with HomeAssistant I can recommend this product to anyone looking for a painless integration process.

On top of that, the support team is helpful when you reach out with problems.

Please note that this is caused by an issue with the CP2102 driver on some PCs and does not apply to the device at all.
If the proposed solution did not work for you, then you should have written to us about it and we will find another solution. Negative feedback will not solve your problem.

I bought two devices SLZB-06, here my adventure

For SMLIGHT SLZB-06 Zigbee Ethernet PoE USB WiFi Adapt

I bought two devices SLZB-06,
the first one never worked in POE mode due to some issues in hardware (probably from the factory)
The second device worked for eight months flawlessly, then web interface became inaccessible.
This issue could be related to some repeated blackouts of one day (speculate)
Meanwhile zigbee2mqtt function was working perfectly despite the interface issues.
During next days, zigbee function became unstable. Every half day becoming frozen.

Now, these days is inaccessible, zigbee is not working.
Re-flashing is not helping, doesn't matter version of firmware or method (web, esp, hardwired etc)
Opened two tickets with manufacturer but no response so far!

The first request was answered on 14-08-24 14:22 and the second request was answered on 14-08-24 17:23 but we did not hear back from you on both requests.
