Hi, I'm Dean from Birmingham UK

From 14 i've had a great interest in electronics & small engines & how they work.
I worked in a small hire company repairing engine driven equipment & electric power tools, while learning electronics & building gadgets, i then registered a website and displayed a number of projects i was making & selling from my store.. although things was going well, due to school and life, i closed the site as i never had the time to continue, but still kept it registered, but dormant.
After several attempts to get it back online, with one pair of hands & only so many hours a week, i just didn't find the time.
In my spare time i studied electronics,went to local collage studying electronics, being able to fault find to component level has helped my electronics understanding to keep a keen interest in electronics.
I got a job working for an electronics company for some time, giving me a good understanding working in manufacturing, test, design, repair, building prototypes & test rigs, updating designs.
Computers & programming was also a part of my work, from assembly to micropython.

While running my power tool & small engine repair shop, i started to collect lots of electronics test equipment, components, LPKF ProtoMat 91S PCB milling machine to help with my projects,

On repetitive jobs like starting & stopping my diesel pressure washer, petrol air compressor. 12 KW 3 cylinder diesel generator, I've made many gadgets to automatically do these jobs for me.
With the Raspberry Pi & ESP Devices, i've setup my own network allowing me access to my workshop anywhere without the need for other party cloud based systems.
