For Water Me Bird - Soldering Kit (v5)
My only nitpick, is shortly after getting this, I realized that chirping in the middle of the night is a dealbreaker since I'm using it to monitor the plant in my bedroom. I'm not dinging any points, as its exactly what it advertised, I just hadn't considered that of course sometimes it crosses the wet/dry threshold at night. There seems to be an unused pin on the microcontroller, so I'm considering adding a photoresistor and updating the code to silence the birdie at night. Apart from that suggestion to a future version of this product, I really like it!

It’s possible to use the LED as an LDR. I’ll implement that on the next version though may be fun to hack at!
