About

Software Engineer turned into a Product Manager during the day, tinkerer/maker during the night. My tinkering days go back to High School when my Dad and I built a UV box to help develop my own PCBs, the days of dark red light rooms are gone, now that we have quick and cheap PCB prototyping services.

During the pandemic I reconnected with my inner tinkerer when I started working on a watering project for my tomato plants, it was my stay-sane project during the first lockdowns, then I moved to the world of LEDs just in time for Christmas, when I then started playing with ESP32 boards, etc.

Great board

For TwilightLord-ESP32 16MB

I'm pretty new to embedded hardware, and found this board to be easy to implement and surprisingly straightforward to set up in viscose. I had previously worked with a 2MB 8266, and found the extra memory to be a real boon! Also, I smile every time I write TwilightLord, so that's a plus.

Very useful ethernet board when you want 100% connectivity. Working with ESP32 mini controllers flawlessly. I used for garden project where Wi-Fi connectivity was very weak.

Awesome product that just works. Really well designed and I LOVE the USB Type C port.

Perfect for WLED and just plugs right in to the WLED Wemos Mini Shield that I also purchased on Tindie.

Overall, SUPER happy with my purchase.

Works great with the shield referenced above, WLED, a WS2812B LED strip, Hyperion Android Grabber + Hyperion-NG.

Excellent!

For TwilightLord-ESP32 16MB

I picked 2 of the 16mb Esp32 dev boards for my first attempt at playing with the ESP32 line.

I picked these boards because they had max memory and no extra circuitry that I didn't need. Plus I preferred the USB-C connectors considering it's 2021.

The creator provides quick answers to questions.

I'm very impressed with the capabilities of the ESP32 processors for their low cost when compared to other options that cost 4 times more for less features.

High quality board with 8mb memory! More than most of the boards out there.
New updated Wi-Fi module with latest ESP32 revision.
Board is very well documented on Github.
Highly recommended.
