I have a master's degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University. I started my career at AT&T Bell Laboratories where I worked on the Unix system and became a Distinguished software engineer. I ventured out on my own and became a serial entrepreneur, starting and selling several companies. One of them, Fictionwise.com, was at one time the largest independent ebook company in the United States and was acquired by Barnes and Nobel in 2008. After that I taught AP Physics, Honors Robotics, and Discrete Math at the high school level and coached competitive robotics for ten years. I now develop open source projects full time, specializing in projects that combine 3D printed parts and electronics. I want to make it easy for Makers to build amazing, animated 3D projects with full ability to add their own hacks and mods.
