Can only comment on the shipping and packaging... well done!

For Semtech LoRa SX1278 Data Radio Modem DRF1278DM

Shipping time was adequate, just as expected, no delays.

All 3 modules I ordered arrived in one bubble envelope, inside 2 of the 3 were labeled so the guess work on the 3rd was easy. The antennas were packaged separately and were labeled as well.
The chips were individually packaged appropriately, foam sandwiched in anti-static bags.

No documentation included (can one really expect paper documentation these days?) but their website seems to have it all very well done, easy to read. We'll see when I get them set up.

I can't wait for the rest of my gear to show up and if the packaging is any indicator, I can expect everything to work just fine.

Great first purchase on Tindie.

Works as expected, reasonable shipping time to Europe

For 868MHz 915MHz SX1262 Module DRF1262G

I purchased the 868MHz variant. The module arrived in reasonable time. I have only tested the LoRa modulation and it works rather well even with bad antenna and even worse ground plane. Power consumption in RX is 6mA from 3.3V with a uC, so yeah, according to the Semtech datasheet.

Great modules, ordered multiple items? All in proper working

For 868MHz 915MHz sx1262 TCXO module DRF1262T FCC IC

These modules came packed in a carboard box with filling. Purchase both the 434 aswell as the 915mhz version.
Really was plug and play, the tcc works good, signal strength is better the comparable modules.
Hopefully they will also do an eu CEc vertification on them.

Currently have some running for months and still goiing strong.

Maybe even better tcc tolarance would benefit the signal more. But these are truly better than running a plain crystal. But these are solid will buy them again if i run out.

Works great but not easy to solder

For 868Mhz 915Mhz wireless RF si4463 module DRF4463F

Tried it to replace the costly Zeta modules from RF Solutions, and they do great, with better performances, at half the price!
However the pinout is very fine and hand-soldering is not easy, but doable. I'm also not sure which chip revision is inside, it's not mentioned in the docs but it would be useful to know.

A library for easy use with Arduino and Raspberry Pi is available: ZetaRf - https://github.com/GIPdA/ZetaRF (disclaimer - I'm the author).
The lib allows for very low latency (~4ms @ 8 bytes packet) but several configurations are available and you can use you own. Also compatible with the 433MHz variants.
