Some issues, but things worked out in the end

For Pisugar 3 Plus: Battery for Raspberry Pi 3B/3B+/4B

Communication was amazing, they answered and solved my issues as best as they could.
I got two different issues with the shipping, the first board sent was wrong (pisugar 3 for pi zero), and the second one was correct but had minimal damage - the battery itself only had minor damage to the sticker on it, and the board has one skewed pin.

I managed to make it work, the board seems to connect properly to the pi and I still need to check how long it lasts, but seems to be charging fine and powering the pi fine without low voltage warnings. I had to remove what seems to be anti-static tape from the screw mounts to properly tighten the pisugar and the pi. The included pvc screws are enough for a first test but you might need metal ones for bigger projects.

Things could be better, yes, but this is likely the one UPS system for raspberry pis with the lowest profile, which is exactly what I needed. So long it works, I'm fine with it.

I received the package in great condition, the battery is shipped in a protective box which makes all the difference.
I plan on using this in a small project I have been working on. The battery is highly recommended. And the seller has provided a quality product.

Display broken and the shipment is very slow

I recibed the Pwnagotchi today, and the screen is not working, leds in the raspberry works but the screen is freeze, i contacted the seller but at the moment 0 response.

Almost perfect

For Pisugar S: Battery for Raspberry Pi zero

Everything works fine, charges super fast and lasts long, very easy way of using, cheap for what it is.

Issues I had:
Didn't find a 3D model for the PisugarS but I dmed the support and that got solved (If anyone has the same problem, u just have to use the Pisugar 2 one, its the same)
Had to pay for "Aduanas" I'm from spain and I had to paid 8 eur because of some infraction but its ok tbh.

Pros:
Everything, fast support, good quality, easy to use, works without any problems, everything is great except for the shipping, at least to my country.
