Such a neat little gadget!

For Solderless Zero Dongle for Raspberry Pi Zero

I've had this permanently attached to one of my Zero Ws, and it's so nice to just plug it in to any USB port and have it automatically boot up and turn SSH on. Then I can control it easily. Plugging it into a power brick is a nice trick, makes a solid connection with no loose wires. You can set it up for an ad-hoc or AP network, then connect to it with your phone and control it while you're out and about. Could have all sorts of things attached to it -- LoRa, sensors, whatever!

Everything from 8086 Consultancy I've bought has been worth the money, every time. Thanks for such a great line of neat gadgets!

Redundant Power feed for a Raspberry PI 4!

This product with 2x Official Raspberry Pi 15W USB-C Power Supplies and a *HIGH QUALITY* usb-c to usb-c cables is great way to supply a Raspberry Pi 4 or Compute Module (CM4) with redundant power feeds.

Note about the *HIGH QUALITY* usb-c cable: I initially used any old usb-c cable I had lying around, I kept getting under-voltage errors, swapping out the usb-c cable for a better quality cable fixed the issues.

I have been using my android phone and a Motu M2 as a portable field recorder and was unable to find a way to power the M2 separately as not to drain my phones battery. I stumbled across the splitter and it works flawlessly. I am able to use two 48v phantom powered mics and record for hours.

Just perfect.

First of all, the adapter was delivered very well packaged, each in their own small clip bag, combined in an air bubble envelope.
The delivery time was faster than expected.

The product looks very well made, very clean soldering points and works like charm.

The price is very fair for such a unique solution, where i was not able to find anything comparable.
I even would have ordered more than 3, just to have some spares, but i was unsure due to the import bureaucracy due to the brexit.

Now all i would need, would be a STL file to 3D Print a nice case. The inclusion of such a file, in form of a link, would be the only thing that could improve the experience.

All in all i have nothing to criticize and just want to say thank you for that amazing product! :)

I am using this with the Tindie "Ryobi USB Power Supply - USB QC 3.0 (TS80)" so that I can put temp/humidity monitors in hard to power places. It's very well made and works perfectly. It would be a worthy *official* Pi foundation accessory. I just need more projects (excuses) to buy more!
