Great little kit
For RF Transmitter + Receiver Pair
The kit works as advertised. Really easy to use with arduino or any other development board. There is plenty of information online on how to use this type of transmitters and receivers. You basically set it up like a low speed (2000 bps in my case) serial connection. In terms of programming, this is porbably the easiest transmitter/receiver set you can find. Keep in mind that it is a very basic radio. There are no built-in provisions for encryption, networking, etc. The signal would go through a wall or two (I am talking about drywall walls), but do not count on using these radios for long-range communications.

Thank you for writing the review! Regarding the range -- increasing the voltage on the transmitter usually helps. The transmitter's operating voltage is up to 12V.
