I've just recently started playing with the RP2040, and I picked up a couple of the Pico boards. However, I really prefer USB-C, and I also wanted to see what other designers were doing with them. This is a great little board by Breadstick, and the fact that it uses USB-C is the main selling point for me. The fact that it also supports USB-PD at up to 3A does indeed make them perfect for powering RGB LED projects that have a large string of LEDs!
I haven't checked, but it looks like this follows the exact same footprint as the official boards, meaning it can be used with any of the accessories that the Pico boards work with. I have a Pimoroni dev kit for the Pico, and I'll probably pop this one in there when developing with it.

For Proto-Heart - 2pk

These, like their Proto Toast cousins, are absolutely awesome. They are made from high-quality, thick FR4. The plating is well-done, and the pads themselves are in the shape of tiny hearts. These are perfect for making a gift for your loved ones, or if you're Norwegian, red hearts are a Christmas symbol and you can use these to make awesome Christmas ornaments (which will likely be the fate of at least one of the boards I ordered). The price on these is fantastic, considering how high-quality they are and how cool the design is!

Now I just need to find some heart-themed projects to use them with... perhaps making a necklace or badge for a cardiac doctor attending a conference? Or... put someone's initials in LEDs and plant it as a secret admirer's note? So many ideas...

For Proto-Toast - 2pk

I mean, who wouldn't want prototype boards in the shape of bread? These are just about the coolest prototyping boards I have around. They will be saved and used for something very special. The fact that even the pads themselves are in the shape of little bread slices is astounding. Also, these are very, very good quality PCBs, made with real FR4 and quality plating. I can tell they will be a joy to solder and use. Now I just have to think of a bread-themed project to use them for... maybe a reflow oven controller? Or hack a toaster so I can program exact toasting times and powers? The bread-related projects are endless...
