Cool little product
For Resistor Decade
Bought this as a kit. It was marked shipped right away - no tracking international shipping took a WHILE, but it arrived in one piece. I am still working to build the kit. Soldering is my way of unwinding at the end of the day so taking my time and doing a little every night is nice for me. Everything showed up labeled and ready to go. If Im ever not sure about how something gets mounted I just check the photos in this product listing. No other documentation is really needed.

Sorry to hear shipping took so long, shipping during the busy month of December is always tricky.
Sad to see this affected your review score, since this is out of my control.
I've shipped the item the same day you've ordered (You can see date of shipping on the label).
Can't ship much faster than that ;).
From the Netherlands to USA always takes a while, especially without the ability to track the item.
Tracking is always an option for you to add, but it is much cheaper to ship it without.
