over a month to get. Poor communication. no pride in work.
For M.2 A+E-key to M-key adapter
I ordered this on the 6th of Oct. it took 2 full weeks to be "shipped." The tracking number provided at this time never moved and it was not even scanned in. It took 3 times sending a message for the shop just to reply. I tried contacting them on OCT 16 for a tracking number just not to be replied to. I tried again on OCT 22 when I found out it still had yet to be scanned in. I tried one more time on OCT 25 this time I got a reply that same day. With them saying they will poke their shipping provider. I replied back that same day 2 hours later saying it still has not moved or been scanned in. Sent another message the next day. Saying still has yet to move or even scanned in. On OCT 30 I sent another message saying I was to the point of wanting my money back. They got back to me fast less then 5 mins with a new tracking number which was scanned in that same day about 4 hours later. It made its way to me and I got it yesterday. When I took a look at it I saw still flux still on it and it looks like no attempt to clean it up. I wish I could upload pictures of what I received. It worked right out the box with no added software or anything.
All in all there are a few things that this store needs to work on.
1. Get items out at least the next day or at least send the customer a message they are sending it out soon. Not 2 weeks later.
2. If the store is having issues with their shipping provider then they need to have that posted on the store saying there will be shipping delays.
3. Take a little time to clean up and remove the extra flux from the boards. Take pride in your work.
4. Communication with the customers. It shouldn't take more the one try to get a reply back from the store.
