A dishonest seller + a product that can’t even be called a product.
First of all, this is a dishonest seller. Before purchasing, I noticed that the product page mentioned that the seller could assist with firmware installation (this information has now been deleted). Based on this, I decided to proceed with the purchase.
After purchasing, I also confirmed this via email, and the seller responded that they would install the firmware before shipping. However, upon receiving the product, I found that it was completely non-functional. When I contacted the seller again, they replied that they couldn’t do such a thing for me. After that, no matter how many times I tried to reach out, they never responded.
Additionally, the product itself is poorly made, featuring a rough 3D-printed shell. The bottom is so unstable that it cannot sit flat on a table, and it wobbles whenever I touch the keyboard. The screen also has significant interference patterns, which I believe are due to poor circuit design. The game cartridge slot is extremely narrow, and I have reason to believe that repeated insertion and removal of cartridges could damage the cartridge labels or even cause wear on the cartridges themselves.
I have purchased hundreds of different products online, and this has been one of the worst experiences.Maybe my strong dislike for dishonest people has influenced my feelings about the product as well. After all, the product is relatively inexpensive—that might be its only advantage.
