I purchased this BAL a while back and it sat on a shelf as life got in front of my projects. When i got back to play with the BAL it worked right out the box, no configuring, not special code... just plug it in and connect. I am a very novice, self taught hobbyist and i started pushing the goals of my project. I had some very simple questions along the way and the team replied to every one of my questions in a very timely matter. As the project evolved even further, i decided to try it out with a due. As luck would have it, the library was only built for the uno/mega. I shot the team a quick email and not only did he write up a very detailed explanatioin of how to make the BAL work with the due, but when I stumbled... they not only pointed out my errors, but they went ahead and fixed them for me. I have dealt with a lot of vendors for arduino products and no other company has every delivered like they have.
The BAL itself is just awesome, it's simple, quick and built very well. The audio quality is very good as well. This product is a bargain at $65... do not save a few bucks and go with any competitor.
