Ordered this item before I realized that an electronics store right down the road from me carries them. First of all, the China Post tracking method used by the vendor didn't translate to a US-trackable shipment. This wasn't something I was aware of when ordering. So it was a guessing game if/when I would receive the product.

When I reached out to the vendor to see what stage of the process my order was in, I heard nothing back. After sending multiple inquiries to them. My inquiries were because there was no tracking number or indicator my order was prepared for shipping. Over the course of a week since I placed the order it appeared to be just sitting there unhandled.

After about a week I could finally see that my order shipped. But the tracking number wasn't trackable in the US using any lookup tool I tried. After more than 3 weeks I finally received a response from the vendor. With the tracking number that I could see online. So basically not much help there. Taking 3 weeks to respond to a customer inquiry really doesn't bode well for repeat business!

Missing Parts, poor build

For T300 Metal Wall-E Caterpillar Tank Chassis

Item comes with no instructions and completely disassembled. Despite this, it is fairly straight forward putting it together aside from the missing parts. My build was missing four inset hex nuts for attaching the motor rotor to the drive wheel. The allen wrench for these actually came with the kit, but not the nuts themselves. Seller did not respond to communication attempts. Also, many unnecessary holes are drilled into the top of the chassis. Some of these hole, including those used to connect the track mounting plate are poorly drilled with two holes overlapping. This causes the aluminum to wear away when tightening the fastening screws.

Very good product and not available support

For ESP8266 WiFi Web Sever Shield for Arduino

The best: Shield easy to use, without aditional libraries you can send messages via WIFI.
The worst: Support is disappeared. Nobody answers my doubts and my questions.Email or skype, nobody answers... Documentations is very poor and screenshots are not updated, so you have to guess the way is working. There is only one example to show how to use. If you need how to use wifi shiel as web server o as client, you don't have examples .ino so... again you have to try configurations...
Bottonline: The shield is good and it seems to have many posibilities, however is not well explained in documentation and support don't answer you how to take advantage about this. If your need are to use as is, it's perfect.
