Could not find anything telling me what the jumpers all do or even mentioning the resistor that comes with the kit. Don't know if it's necessary or what its purpose is. This would be extremely easy to cover in the description. A couple more sentences would do it, but not worth their time, apparently. Documentation and communication are essentially non-existent. Glad I only needed something small. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on. Thumbs down for both Tindie and Eccentric Workshop.

I responded in less than a day to your message sent through Tindie messages and answered all of your questions and linked to the Pololu DRV8825 and A4988 site with the standard microstep settings. Also, this information is on the datasheet which is shipped along with the breakout board.

In addition to this, my direct email address (and phone number, if it comes to that) are on the receipt included in the package as well as on my website (in addition to the ability to contact me through Tindie messages).

Poor Construction No Support from Vendor/Marketplace

For GRBLDuino Mega Shield-GRBL 1.1 Arduino CNC Shield

Received the board went to plug in the Arduino mega and found pins from the shield touching the USB housing of the arduino shortened the shield pins and added thin sheet of plastic to top of USB housing then board works as it should. Contacted vendor/marketplace about problem and was told they are only a marketplace and offer no support. Will be sure to not order any more products from them. Not worth my time to get run around. If you are going to offer products for sale you need to offer 100% support not take the money and run.

Thank you for letting me know about an issue with your Arduino Mega - out of dozens of shields sold, this is the first time I have received feedback on this issue. I am looking into methods to prevent this in the future whether it is to source new headers or trim and insulate the existing ones.

I feel like most of the frustration in this review is directed at Tindie and their processes rather than my product.
