A thoroughly enjoyable project with a great outcome
For Denise
I'm a 1980s user of the Amiga and I had always enjoyed tinkering with my A1000 and A2000 back in the day, but other than a general idea of how they worked from a hardware point of view, I didn't really have much in-depth experience. That all changed when I decided to build the Denise project. What a fantastic experience. Even when I was having some issues (due to a bad resistor pack - always check yours before installing!) the community at the Discord site was incredibly helpful and, in the process of debugging my Denise, I learned a lot about how the Amiga works. Now that my Denise is working perfectly, I can really see the care that went into the design and construction of the board.
This is a great project and I cannot recommend it enough. The community is great too!
