I would love to buy the product, but not from you. We are not even able to track the consignment. There is no customer care number or so.

Hi Vinodkar, I am sorry you for your inconveniences but I think you might have missed an email or something because the tracking number is attached to your order in tindie and I see that right now, it is being processed in your country already (last status update was on Monday): http://take.ms/6xEs2
Regarding the customer care number, I'm not a company, tindie is for makers making things, but if you shot me an email, I can help you out sorting issues for sure.
I hope your package reaches you in the coming days and you can have a working gateway soon!
