The GitHub associated with this product is pretty poor. The only decent thing in it is the link for the uf2 files. For wiring it up, use this gbatemp thread:

The GitHub has the wrong connection for pin 10 if you use the gbatemp uf2 files. My right joycon wouldn't work when I had it in the rail.
If you use the gbatemp documentation, this is a very affordable RCM option.
