Max does it again! Optical fiber couldn't be easier!

Max is someone you should watch, I imagine great things will come from his mind/workshop. He has a great customer rapport & knows his tech!
I had zero reason for this kit, other than curiosity. This kit is easy enough to figure out w/o any documentation, but Max is there to help out if needed. Soldering job for both thru hole & surface-mount are great.
If I had one suggestion for the kit would be on the optical fiber boards. Has a slide in type connector. Max has an 'adapter' from the slide to standard 6 pin usb/fidi connector, but this adds lot of bulk - I would have rather seen holes drilled into the board itself so end-user could choose slide-in card or pin-interface. But since I have no real need for it -- this bulk might be a non issue. The project I would like to use it on is a motorcycle based project, where there is an interface on the forks & 'computer' tucked away. This means A/C and D/C electricity / interference. Optical is immune from that stuff -- so while I had no reason when I ordered, I quickly found a problem to fit the solution.
My gut says that in order to have 3 nodes, you'd need a pair of cables for each node-pair that you want to talk to. (Just like a regular serial connection; it's not a 'network connection/topology')

I initially dinged Max one star on documentation; but I revise it to 5 stars because of his prompt, professional, complete response to questions. He really does a great job! I cannot recommend him enough.
