Item was not the right connection for my clock. I've tried to contact them but no response which is very frustrating. Guess I should have researched and bought from someone else that would better support the product they sell.

Sorry to hear that, but we didn't get any support question/email on our channels.
The Tindie support page also doesn't show any open request on until 12.07.2020
We are tryed to contact you throw the email since the day you posted here 16th June using your registered email on the purchase.
If you look closely to the product pictures page you would find out the connector type. It's also explained on the manual.
