product never arrived, shipped without tracking

Can't review the product as I never received it. Explanation I received was that I did not purchase shipping with tracking. It was not clear from the description that it will be shipped internationally without tracking number. The next shipping option was adding significant cost to the product. My loss, but do not recommend buying from this vendor if you have to ship internationally.

Hello Ivan, Its perfectly clear from the shipping options that there is a tracked option and a non tracked option. I offer the non tracked option for free at my own expense for people who do not mind waiting. You can get the tracked version for 2 dollars which is not the full price of the shipping company because I cover more than 50% of it to be affordable to costumers. I don't think 2 dollars would add a "significant cost" like you say. You're the first person to complain they haven't received it. I would have been able to help you if you messaged me further. I'm sorry you've had this experience
