I received the package in great condition, the battery is shipped in a protective box which makes all the difference.

I receive My Pwnagotchi About 3 to 4 days ago had some issues on charging on what i thought was a bad battery. But thanks to the PiSugar Team Explain a lot and clarifying a few things ! Now I am completely Satisfied !00% Thanks again !!!!

Looks Fantastic So Far

For Pwnagotchi Complete Pack - pi0w-eink-battery-case

I've only begun to go through it, but so far I'm very happy. The 3d print quality and fitment is fantastic. Everything seems to be working. The firmware is a fairly recent release with working plug-ins. The device came in a nice case with a bunch of accessories. They even left the screen dust protector on, which I appreciate.
I have not dug into the coding yet, I'm sure there will be a few things I want to change for security but they've already done more than I expected.

++So starting with packing evreything was tight and secure arrived perfect! And working out of the box ❤️

++Print quality is very high and good

++Had spare parts that thay didn't mention like screws and board pin connectors ❤️

++ battry shipped according to guidelines with 27% charge (my battery screams thank senpai *_*).

-could have better starting rope,
but really this ain't no issue its the easy part can change it myself!

I didn't order 200$ pwnagotchi i ordered a 85$ one and got exactly what i wanted 😊!
PReconfigured running machine with battery!

And in any time you can swap cards and use it for something else!!

There are holy days, and global events around the world and its getting shipped from far away! Overall im thankfull the box came in perfect condition
And the seller wrapped everything tight and secure even had those crazy bubble wraps 😍😅

* by the way if your data card arrived corrupted its not seller fault! Your packages goes trough magnetic screening at airports that's sometime (often) like to bamboozle crucial data on small sd cards and corrupt it
Formats like jpg, rar, 7z,iso have auto repair mechanism build in tham

But the data of pwnagotchi probably works different! And not like data from a camera or games

Got this lil battery pack for a pwnagotchi build as i'm sure many of you others have. works great, but i highly recommend getting some sort of case for it lest you expose a lithium battery to the mercy of a key-filled pocket.

Got it, owner even re-shipped after a mess-up during transit

I originally never received the device but it said delivered, I asked this maker what happened and spoke to the delivery companies and they don't know where the mix-up was but the maker re-shipped me one and I received it quite happily. I've been testing it for a few days now, seems to work great, and the software works good as well. Thanks for great service and a great product. I'll be happily buying a few more of these for some upcoming projects. 10/10 great product, service, documentation and communication. Thanks!

Mistakes were resolved.

Ordered the product and was nice and usual until receiving my package finding out that they sent the wrong one. After mailing them about the mistake it was quickly replied and even had a quicker response to the problem than I ever seen. I even had the package snuck up on me after being informed it was on its way. Time it took to resolve the issue: 5 days. Top marks on customer service and will definitely recomend this product, simplistic yet effective with lots of option of customisation. Maybe for the next model have a battery that fits in the parameters of the screws so that a case can be screwed in underneath? Just a thought.....

Ordered two (for pwnagotchis), and i bothered the hell out of questions on their support email and they answered every single of my noobs questions, even those not related to their product.

Since it's a compact electronic piece you gotta be careful while using it as usual, but it serves well and has nice functions.

PiSugar 2 Pro

I received this product in great time. However it came missing a the screw in part to one of the corners and this happened to be right near the gpio pins so i am not able to get this to work. I have reached out to the seller and hopefully I can arrange a replacement. Otherwise I’m sure the product works great, I’m just not able to try it.

Update: I received my new board and all is now working well. Great service for a great product as I’m unable to find a PiJuice in stock.

it is a nice little device

This little pisugar 2 has everything my project needs. the onboard RTC and the buttons are nice plus 5 hours of battery life. I built portable media player with this board, a raspberry pi zero WH and a a small phat that has a display and a decent DAC chip. it was easy setting up the pisugar 2 the way i wanted using web browser based setup tool.
needless to say this little board made my project work and now i have a portable media player and wireless access point that is about the size of a pack of bubblegum!

Great customer service

Unit arrived as described with one issue, the microSD card was faulty. I went out and grabbed another 32gb card, flashed it, and it booted right up. I contacted the seller and they immediately compensated me for the cost of the new SD card. Great customer service. As a note, the case that came with the unit looks great, and the unit seats flush with all ports and covers.
Unit arrived basic shipping from China to California in just over two weeks, not bad considering I did not opt for premium shipping.

Will buy from PiSugar kitchen again.
