For Power Bank Keep-Alive based on 555 Timer (KIT)
Item did not come with instruction - QR CODE Goes no where due to a down server. I assemble it based on images, plug it in, does not work. Show it to the maker, says its done right, then says my battery must be the issue. Bought what i thought was an assembled kit as well, the full kit, but it was parts.
Offers to refund me the goods less shipping, after a month, I have still yet to get it. Sure he means well, but ill never buy here again.

Jay bought a kit by mistake when he was after assembled units. I have tried to work with them to come to a solution but i was not able to give them a refund label to ship from the US to the UK for free as he'd ordered the wrong thing by mistake. I issued a refund minus the postage so he got two products for free which was done 13 days ago promptly after they accepted the offer. I am sorry that it did not meet their expectations but i am a small single person company and not Amazon.
