Absolutely great piece of electronics

For T-962/T-962A reflow oven - Controller Upgrade

I am extremely happy with this purchase. There is a very high level of attention to detail here from the way it is packaged to the minute labels on the wiring, the crimped and tinned wires and cut out template.

It took less than 50 mins to have this all installed and working including the firmware upgrade. It is literally plug and play.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Works exactly as expected

For AVR-ISP Pogo Pin Adapter (2x5 IDC,2x3 Pogo 2.54mm)

I needed it to program custom boards with ATMEGA AVR MCUs using ICSP connector without the need to solder the pin header. I also need to be able to solder the standard 2.54 pin headers if needed (i.e. for prototype debugging) and use standard ICSP accessories that I already have. This POGO adapter met all this expectations.

The adapter works perfectly, it fits the standard 2.54mm ICSP connector and the connection is stable with only a small force. On the other side is standard 2x5 IDC connector that matches the cable from many USB ASP programmers from alliexpress.

Soldering is a bit tricky but not impossible.
Just take your time and use a very thin soldering point.

Very nice and well documented controller

For T-962/T-962A reflow oven - Controller Upgrade

Delivery of the T962 controller upgrade was blazing fast. The video documentation helped a lot to install everything fast and without questions.

The controller upgrade itself brings all "good" useful modifications all together. I really appreciate the quality and details of the board (magnetic feet, acrylic cover, good connectors). An improved version of the external usb port would be nice though (round hole vs square usb connector)

Overall: go for it!

Nicely Done HW mod for T962

For T-962/T-962A reflow oven - Controller Upgrade

Pnoxi has made a nice hardware mod for the T962. It arrived quickly in the USA from Slovakia and was well packed.

Modification instruction video is well done.

I flashed the firmware in my Feb 2019 built T962 using the current 12.25 version of FlashMagic. The oven controller board red LED did not go out completely but did get very dim. The oven display did not go blank but showed a menu during the programming. The programming proceeded quickly and the verification was successful! With another tap of the tac switch on the Pnoxi board to reset it and the oven display showed the new Unified Engineering splash screen and new menu controls.


The SERIAL PORT setting in FlashMagic will auto-populate when you start FlashMagic on a computer that is USB connected to the powered up Pnoxi board. Note that the Crystal Frequency setting in FlashMagic V12.25 5558 Beta is now buried in the View --> Preferences --> Hardware Tab. Set to 11.0592 MHz.

So happy to get this oven working much better. Great job Pnoxi!! Vďačný za vašu prácu. Ďakujem!

good quality pcb, convenient tool

Good quality pcb. I assembled the item myself, pretty simple. This is a convenient tool to have. Saves installing header pins on your board if there is no room or you don't want others to attempt to "program" your board. The price is also very reasonable.
