For uRADMonitor A3: Air Quality Monitor
I had some issues with my device and there were some issues with contacting the seller. Once we were connected they made a point to be responsive about debugging and although I had to send the device back to be repaired, they took care of me along the way.
This device and their global map system and dashboard is a little rough around the edges, but I'm optimistic about the improvements and progression of their system.

Sorry to see you are having difficulties.
The A3 doesn't "soft lock" . You can always use the "default" USB command to restore any user settings to factory defaults. This command is detailed in the product manual. File "USB commands manual".
