A delightful musical instrument

This synth has a surprisingly rich sound, at times recalling the kora, at times the ocarina. There is a plucked-string tone, a flute-ish / bell-like tone (depending on the 'effect' or envelope), and a 'chiptune' style tone recalling retro video games. Pitch can vary by several octaves, and more than one note can be played at once, for a harmony effect. I power mine with a portable external rechargable USB battery (a.k.a. 'cellphone charger') and play it on the subway. The maker kindly programmed a few custom scales onto my second unit - incredible value at his very fair price. A joy to play and hear.
